PAYMENT

 We accept PayPal only. PayPal accepts all major credit cards. Please note you do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase, all you need is a credit card. PayPal is safe, secure and easy to use. 

If you would like to use a different payment method, please make your purchase on my Etsy Store ‘Krysdoll Shop’.

Local pick-up is currently unavailable

We combine shipping, this will be in your total at checkout

 

PRODUCTION TIME

Please allow up to 4 working days for your order to be made as most orders require time as they are custom & handmade.

 

SHIPPING

Orders ship out within 1-5 business days depending on the production time of your order

Items are shipped via standard Australian Post. This is a non-tracking service.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and updated with PAYPAL. We will not be held responsible for delayed shipment and/or undeliverable packages due to an error in the address.

Please contact us ASAP if you require a change in shipping address

If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for replacement or refund. If the package is returned to sender as 'undeliverable', you will need to repay the original shipping costs

(more info below).

INCORRECT ADDRESS:

The post office is tasked with returning these lost items, however they are not considered a priority, and can sometimes take up to THREE MONTHS to make its way back to our mailbox. We do not send replacements for orders that have been mailed to incorrect addrsses. Only if/when your original order is returned, are you then able to repay the shipping to have your package re-sent.

Usually our packages do not attract any duties or tax charges. However, in the event there are Duties,Taxes/VAT charges on packages are the responsibility of the customer to pay. We have no control over these fees, and do not reimburse the costs.

If you require a REGISTERED, TRACKED, or EXPRESS shipping method, please purchase this additional upgrade and add this option to your cart. Otherwise, please contact me for a quote or any inquiries regarding this.

STANDARD REGULAR shipping via letter post may take anywhere from 2 to 15 business days. This is a non-trackable service. Please note that Australia Post’s Letter Service has now increased its delivery times, for more information, please see this on their website.

 

PRIORITY shipping is a new service with a ‘Priority Label’which delivers at a faster rate than the Standard service and arrives on average from 1-7 business days. This is a non-trackable service. Please purchase this upgrade and add it to your cart.

REGISTERED post is a service that comes with a tracking number and requires signature upon delivery. This is the most secure tracking service & is highly recommended for expensive orders. . Please purchase this upgrade and add it to your cart.

EXPRESS shipping is the fastest option available and is guaranteed to arrive between 1-2 business days after it has been shipped. A tracking number is available for this service. Please purchase this upgrade and add it to your cart.

STANDARD REGULAR shipping via letter post may take anywhere from 10 to 30 business days. This is a non-trackable service and delivery times are not guaranteed. We choose this cheapest method of shipping to benefit our customers.

Canada order require up to 40 business days to arrive due to lengthy custom and weather delays*

INTERNATIONAL TRACKING is a service that comes with a tracking number which takes between 7-25 working days to arrive. This is the most secure tracking service & is highly recommended for expensive orders. Please purchase this upgrade and add it to your cart.

EXPRESS shipping is the fastest option available and is guaranteed to arrive between 3-10 working days to international destinations. International express shipping differs in cost and can cost between $15-$50. Please message me for a quote. OR simply add Express International Courier Service to your cart.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

First and foremost I want your shopping experience with KrysdollShop to be a positive experience. So if there is a problem please contact me directly so we can come to a mutually beneficial solution.

I do not do refunds for items that do not fit as we specify the length of the item in the description, nor do I take responsibility for lost items as the result of writing down an incorrect address.
